90 Day In-Store Warranty and Manufacturer Warranty on all products!

Use, abuse and make your partner scream with joy! If you experience reliability issues with your toy, just email a picture or video of the damaged item along with your order number to sales@thehappywife.com and we will work with you to replace the original item, substitute a similar item, or provide a store credit. Exemptions may apply.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we have a no return, refunds or exchanges policy, however, if you have any problem with your order, including sizing issues with your Pleasure Sleeve, please get in touch with us at sales@thehappywife.com right away.

We have special alternate resolutions for sizing changes and we always do our best to ensure you're a satisfied customer!
