It worked pretty well and was enjoyable for both parties. I got the 4'' medium and the main issue was that the length was a bit too short and the gap between the head and the beginning of the sleeve caused some pinching and pain on the receiving end. I am about 6'' un length and think that perhaps the 5'' length will come up to the beginning of the tip in a way that will be more comfortable. Will be contacting to see if there's an opportunity to return for this reason

I am approx 5.3in in girth and over 6 inches long maybe 6.5 been a while since I measured but anyway this 5inch one fit almost perfect as in my head on my member was hitting the tip of the sleeve when in use, a 4.5inch sleeve would be 100% perfect for me.
