Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our products.

90-Day Replacement Warranty: All items purchased from TheHappyWife.com are covered for manufacturer defects starting from the date your order is delivered.

1-Year Replacement Warranty (Pleasure Sleeve® products): Our Pleasure Sleeve® products include extended coverage for one (1) year from delivery.
If your product arrives defective or stops functioning within the warranty period, email sales@thehappywife.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo or video showing the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue through one of the following options:
- Replace the item
- Provide a similar item
- Issue store credit
Note: If your product is outside of our warranty window, the manufacturer’s warranty (if any) may still apply. In that case, you may be asked to contact the manufacturer directly.
Returns
We do not accept returns on any products.
Products that have come into contact with the body or bodily fluids are non-returnable and non-resalable. Once shipped from our warehouse, items are considered used and cannot be accepted back.
All sales are final.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
Warranty replacements and store credit may be provided for defective products within the applicable warranty period.
Exchanges (Special Sleeve Fit Guarantee)
While we do not offer general exchanges, we offer a 14-Day Sleeve Fit Guarantee on penis sleeves only.
If your sleeve does not fit properly, you may request one (1) one-time size exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following:
- Exchange must be within the same product category
- Customer covers the replacement product cost at wholesale pricing
- Customer covers all shipping and handling
- The original product does not need to be returned
- Only one exchange per order
This sizing guarantee applies to penis sleeves only.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once processing begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
In rare cases where a cancellation is possible, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Address Errors & Returned Packages
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
- A 25% restocking fee applies
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Returned orders will be refunded minus applicable fees
- Orders cannot be reshipped
