photo or video of the damaged product
order number

We’ll work with you to:

Offer a similar item
Or issue store credit

Note: Exemptions may apply. If your product is outside of this 90-day window, please contact the manufacturer directly for any extended warranty they provide.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for the health and safety of our customers, we maintain a strict no-return, no-exchange policy on all items.

Products that have come into contact with the body or bodily fluids are non-returnable and non-resalable. Once shipped from our warehouse, items are considered used and cannot be accepted for return.

Cancellations

No Cancellations.

Please be aware that we have a strict no-cancellation policy due to our commitment to providing the fastest service possible. Our orders are processed swiftly by our warehouses to ensure timely delivery. Although weekends are not considered business days for shipping, our warehouse team works diligently to process and package orders.

If, in rare instances, we are able to cancel an order, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address. If delivery cannot be completed due to an address error, the parcel will be returned by the carrier. A 25% restocking fee is applicable to all returned orders. Returned orders will be refunded upon receipt and cannot be reshipped.

Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may request a one-time exchange for a different product within the same category. As the customer, you will be responsible for covering the product cost at our cost price, along with shipping and handling.
