To make a warranty claim, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue. We'll work with you to:
- Replace the item
- Provide a comparable alternative
- Issue store credit
If your product falls outside our warranty window, the manufacturer's warranty (if applicable) may still cover you. We'll point you in the right direction if that's the case.

Sizing intimate products is genuinely hard — and we know it. That's why we created our Size Change program. It's not a return policy. It's a personal sizing service, built for the products where fit matters most.

If a product isn't working for you due to a size issure within 14 days of delivery, reach out. We'll personally review your situation, recommend a better option, and offer you the new item at our wholesale cost.

Returns
All Sales Final
We don't accept returns on any products. Because of the intimate nature of what we sell, items that have shipped from our warehouse are considered used and cannot be returned, regardless of whether they've been opened.
This isn't us being difficult. It's a hygiene and safety standard we hold firm on to protect every customer. If you have concerns about a product before ordering, please reach out, we're happy to help you choose with confidence.

Refunds
No Refunds
We don't offer refunds. For defective products within the warranty window, we'll make it right through a replacement, alternative item, or store credit.

Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to get them to you fast. Because of this, we're generally unable to cancel once an order has been placed.
In rare cases where a cancellation is possible, a 25% restocking fee applies. If you need to attempt a cancellation, contact us immediately at [email protected] — the sooner the better.

Address Errors & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order — we ship fast and errors are difficult to catch once processing begins.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
- A 25% restocking fee applies
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- A refund will be issued for the remaining balance minus applicable fees
- We are unable to reship returned orders, order will have to be resprocessed.
