How We Moderate Reviews
To maintain the quality, authenticity, and relevance of customer feedback, we review submissions against consistent moderation standards, regardless of star rating.
Reviews may be declined or removed when they:
- Contain spam, fraudulent content, or do not reflect a genuine customer experience.
- Refer entirely to an unrelated product or business.
- Contain threats, harassment, personal information, or other content that violates our published guidelines.
We do not reject reviews solely because they are negative, express dissatisfaction, or describe an experience that differs from the expectations of other customers.
02
Product Expectations & Personal Preferences
Our products are designed for a wide variety of preferences and experiences. Factors such as size, fit, comfort, and individual expectations can influence satisfaction.
We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, measurements, compatibility information, and usage recommendations before purchasing.
A customer's personal experience remains valid even when a product performs according to its published specifications.
03
Our Commitment to Transparency
Our goal is to provide authentic, relevant customer feedback that helps shoppers make confident, informed decisions.
Where appropriate, our customer support team may respond to reviews to clarify product specifications, provide guidance, or help resolve concerns.
We value honest feedback and use it to continuously improve our products, educational resources, and customer experience.
