The ring is of adequate size and is sufficiently elastic to accommodate most sizes. My issue is the distance between the ring and plug is a little short and the ring pulls down on the penis. After an hour of activities I had dozens of little capillaries burst. As much as I like it I can't fix this so it goes to the back of the drawer.
