    Perfect for practicing Kegels! Not too heavy or uncomfortable and it helps with leakage the more you practice. I also like that it is small enough to keep in a small box next to my bed.

    Great product

    It's not super heavy or way too large, or small, so it's decent for most people to use. The App sometimes connect easily sometimes it won't at all. So they can be a bit of an annoyance at times.
